Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Narrative Reporting Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Narrative Reporting (NR) solutions. The role involves collaborating with finance and technical teams to deliver scalable reporting packages, financial statements, and integrated EPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement Narrative Reporting from design, configuration, report package build, and testing.

- Develop and deliver Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

- Provide architectural solutions for new initiatives and integrate NR with inbound applications (EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, TRCS, Fusion GL).

- Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and fitgap analysis.

- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and reporting.

- Configure workflows, validations, and custom reports aligned with business needs.

- Utilize GenAI features for enhanced reporting and automation.

- Prepare functional designs, test scripts, training materials, and documentation.

- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and postproduction activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience, with strong focus on Narrative Reporting.

- Handson expertise in report package development, configuration, and testing.

- Knowledge of financial statements and disclosure management.

- Exposure to EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, TRCS, and Fusion GL.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Word (layouts, formatting) and Excel (macros, complex formulas, conditional formatting).
