Oracle EPM Lead - Support & Implementation

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions. The role involves leading end-to-end EPM implementations, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering scalable financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- EPM Implementation & Solution Design

- Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations (Cloud or On-Prem)

- Design and develop solutions across EPM modules such as:

- Planning & Budgeting (PBCS / EPBCS)

- Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)

- Account Reconciliation (ARCS)

- Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS)

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs

- Development & Configuration

- Configure business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports

- Develop Calc Scripts, Groovy scripts, and automation processes

- Design and manage metadata, hierarchies, and dimensions

- Build data integration pipelines using Data Management / FDMEE

- Data & Integration

- Integrate Oracle EPM with:

- ERP systems (Oracle ERP, SAP, etc.)

- Data warehouses and external systems

- Manage data loads, validations, and reconciliation processes

- Leadership & Delivery

- Lead a team of EPM consultants and developers

- Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and ensure best practices

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication

- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements

Required Skills :

- Functional & Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion suite

Expertise in :

- PBCS/EPBCS

- FCCS

- ARCS

- Strong understanding of financial processes:

- Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting

- Financial Consolidation and Close

- Experience in Calc Scripts, Business Rules, and Groovy scripting

- Tools & Technologies

- Oracle EPM Cloud

- FDMEE / Data Management

- Smart View

- Financial Reporting / Narrative Reporting

- SQL / Data integration tools

Experience Requirements:

- 8 to 12+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion

- 3 to 5+ years in a Lead role

- Experience in multiple full-cycle EPM implementations

- Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Oracle ERP / Fusion integration

- Knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP)

- Exposure to cloud migration projects (Hyperion to EPM Cloud)

- Experience working in Agile environments

- Certifications (Preferred)

- Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (PBCS / FCCS / ARCS)

- Oracle Hyperion Certification
