Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced EPM Lead (PC - TRCS) responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Tax Reporting Cloud applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable EPM solutions, define architecture, lead solution design, and support Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Function as Application Design Architect/Lead for Tax Reporting Cloud (TRCS) application development

- Serve as the primary Application Design point of contact for Tax Reporting teams

- Design and develop robust Tax Reporting Cloud solutions and integrations

- Provide architectural guidance and enhancements to existing systems

- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams

- Define project scope, effort estimation, and solution architecture

- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) development activities

- Design integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of Oracle EPM / Hyperion experience

- Strong implementation experience with Oracle Hyperion EPM Product Suite

- Expertise in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

- Strong knowledge of Tax Reporting & Compliance processes

- Experience in Tax Accounting, Direct Tax Functions, CBCR & Deferred Tax Calculations

- Sound knowledge of Hyperion Consolidation

- Understanding of :

1. Income Statements

2. Balance Sheets

3. Consolidation Methods & Calculations

4. Financial Statement Disclosures

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Business Rules

2. Forms

3. Task Lists

4. Reports

- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in enterprise-scale EPM implementations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to lead technical discussions and solution architecture workshops
