We are seeking an experienced EPM Lead EDMCS to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Hyperion DRM/EDMCS solutions and enterprise master data management initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), Data Relationship Management (DRM), metadata governance, master data architecture, and Oracle EPM integrations.

The role requires close collaboration with finance, business, and technical stakeholders to design scalable master data management solutions that support enterprise performance management, financial reporting, and business transformation initiatives.

The candidate will provide architectural leadership, application design expertise, and integration strategies across enterprise EPM ecosystems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing enterprise master data domains including Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Products, Vendors, Customers, Employees, Legal Entities, and organizational hierarchies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle DRM/EDMCS solutions across enterprise EPM environments.

- Architect and manage enterprise master data management solutions for financial and operational systems.

- Collaborate with finance, accounting, operations, and business teams to understand master data governance and hierarchy management requirements.

- Design and configure metadata governance models, workflows, subscriptions, validations, and approval processes within EDMCS.

- Manage enterprise hierarchies and master data domains including :

a. Chart of Accounts

b. Cost Centers

c. Products

d. Vendors

e. Customers

f. Employees

g. Legal Entities

- Departments & Organizational Structures

- Develop and maintain DRM/EDMCS integrations with Oracle EPM, ERP, HCM, CRM, and third-party enterprise systems.

- Configure workflow policies, validation rules, expression builders, node types, viewpoints, and data subscriptions.

- Build and optimize metadata synchronization and automated hierarchy management processes.

- Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Ensure data governance, metadata accuracy, audit compliance, and enterprise data quality standards.

- Troubleshoot complex metadata management, integration, and workflow-related issues.

- Develop dashboards, reports, extracts, and metadata reporting solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and best practice recommendations across EPM and EDMCS initiatives.

- Mentor junior developers and support capability-building initiatives within the organization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise cloud transformation and finance modernization programs.
