We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Lead with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Planning, Consolidation, Data Management, Reconciliation, and ETL processes, along with the ability to support Finance teams and enterprise reporting requirements.

Skill / Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

- 10+ years of total experience and relevant with EPM.

- Strong / Expert-level EPM Functional Experience.

- Hands-on experience with Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).

- Experience in EPM Consolidation (EPMCS).

- Experience with Data Management and FDMEE (Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition).

- Experience in EPM Reconciliation.

- Strong EPM Technical Experience.

- Experience working with Oracle Finance modules.

- Strong knowledge of ETL processes (Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading).

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle EPM applications.

- Work on Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).

- Support EPM Consolidation (EPMCS) and financial close processes.

- Manage Data Management and FDMEE integrations.

- Handle EPM Reconciliation activities.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

- Integrate Oracle EPM with Oracle Finance modules.

- Support finance stakeholders as a Finance Lead.
