Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive upgrade plans for Oracle EPM infrastructure, considering hardware, software, and network requirements.

- Manage the upgrade process, including environment setup, data migration, testing, and go-live activities, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues during upgrades, collaborating with relevant teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

- Perform system administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, and performance monitoring, to maintain a stable and secure EPM environment.

- Document upgrade procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

- Collaborate with Oracle support and other vendors to resolve complex technical issues and implement best practices.

- Provide technical guidance and support to application developers and other stakeholders on infrastructure-related matters.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle EPM system administration, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, and FDMEE.

- Proven ability to manage and execute Oracle EPM infrastructure upgrades, including patching, version upgrades, and platform migrations.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networks, and operating systems (Linux).

- Solid experience with Oracle Database administration, including performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security management.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell scripting or Python for automation and system administration tasks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
