Oracle EPM Developer

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Redesign, redevelop, and migrate models from IBM PA to Oracle EPM Cloud

- Implement and manage Oracle EPM modules including :

1. Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS)

2. Enterprise Planning (EPBCS)

- Convert existing financial planning and analytics models into scalable Oracle EPM solutions

- Collaborate with IBM PA lead developers and Oracle EPM technical teams for transition activities

- Ensure successful deployment and migration of financial models to Oracle EPM platform

- Translate complex business requirements into effective IT solutions

- Manage program updates, timelines, and progress reporting

- Ensure accuracy, governance, and performance of deployed planning models

- Work closely with technical architects and finance stakeholders

- Support end-to-end program execution and delivery ownership

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong Oracle EPM expertise covering core services

- Hands-on experience in financial planning & analytics

- Expertise in EPBCS and PCMCS modules

- Experience in migrating or redesigning models from IBM PA or similar platforms

- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Experience in financial planning transformation projects

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- CFA / FRM certification or finance domain certifications

- Oracle or SAP Finance Cloud certifications

- Strong program management and delivery tracking experience

- Experience working with enterprise financial systems
