Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced EPM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud, specifically Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, customization, and support of Oracle EPBCS solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in Oracle EPBCS implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.

- Design, configure, and deploy Planning and Budgeting solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud.

- Conduct business requirement workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.

- Configure Planning modules, business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and security.

- Develop and maintain data integrations using Data Management (FDMEE/Data Integration).

- Build and manage reports using Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, and Narrative Reporting.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, and user acceptance support.

- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to optimize planning and forecasting processes.

- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Prepare solution documentation, training materials, and end-user guides.

Required Skills :

- 5-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM technologies.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS/PBCS implementation.
