Oracle EPM Consultant

Total Experience : 5 - 12 years

Location : Yelahanka, Bengaluru / Hyderabad (Hybrid - 2/3 days a week)

Job Description :

Working Hours : 8 - 9 hours

Timings : Post 2 : 00 PM IST

Engagement Type : FTE

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end Oracle EPM solutions, specifically focusing on PBCS/EPBCS, to streamline financial consolidation and planning workflows for global clients.

- Develop complex business rules and automation scripts using Groovy to enhance system performance and deliver customized functionality that meets unique client requirements.

- Collaborate with finance departments to translate intricate business logic into scalable technical configurations, ensuring high user adoption and system reliability.

- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to testing and post-production support, to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact financial applications.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on best practices in Oracle EPM architecture to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud EPM configuration, customization, and development using tools such as Calculation Manager, Groovy (Mandate) and REST API for 5 years is a must

- Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud (PBCS or ARCS and Narrative Reporting) as developer for 5 years is a must

- Experience with troubleshooting the data flows within the application using Smart View for 5 years is a must

- Strong Experience with data integration and transformation using Data Management/Data Exchange and EPM Automate for 5 years is a must
