As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :

- Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions

- Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle ARCS solutions

- Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in the Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching

- Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure

- Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle ARCS

- Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure

- Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)

- Good understanding of Integration, and reconciliation process

Candidate should possess :

- 4+ Years of Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.

- Good understanding of Reconciliation Formats, Auto matching rules, Reconciliation Workflow, Integrations

- Experience in Transaction Matching Reconciliations

- Good communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidence

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

- Exposure of driving various workshops related to requirement analysis and design

- Understanding of FCCS, Data Management and Automation

- Oracle ARCS Certification
