Oracle EPM ARCS Functional Consultant Location : Pan India - Work Mode : Hybrid Experience : 8+ Years - Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM ARCS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) implementation, configuration, and support. The consultant will collaborate with finance teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective reconciliation solutions and streamline financial close processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementation, enhancement, and support activities.

- Configure ARCS modules including Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, Profiles, formats, rules, workflows, dashboards, and reports.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

- Configure account reconciliation processes, approval workflows, and reconciliation rules.

- Perform data loads, validations, troubleshooting, and integration support.

- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.

- Prepare functional documentation and deliver user training.

- Recommend process improvements using Oracle EPM best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Functional Consulting.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS Cloud.

- Experience in at least 2 ARCS implementations.

- Solid understanding of financial reconciliation and month-end close processes.

- Expertise in ARCS configuration, data integration, reporting, and issue resolution.

- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP/EBS integration preferred.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.
