We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPBCS Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Planning and Budgeting solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the complete project lifecycle, including application design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and implement Oracle EPBCS Planning and Budgeting solutions.

- Manage complete project lifecycles for Planning and Budgeting implementations, from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.

- Configure and support EPBCS Workforce, Capex, and Financials modules.

- Develop Business Rules and Calculation Scripts to support complex planning and budgeting requirements.

- Design and build Forms, Task Lists, Security, Dashboards, and other Planning artifacts.

- Configure application dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, workflows, and business processes.

- Work with ASO cubes and develop MDX member formulas where required.

- Design and implement data movement between EPBCS and other applications.

- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency across applications.

- Develop and maintain integrations and data movement processes.

- Use Groovy for automation, custom calculations, validations, and application enhancements.

- Analyze and optimize application performance, calculation efficiency, and overall system configuration.

- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide timely resolution.

- Collaborate with finance, business, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable EPBCS solutions.

- Prepare technical and functional documentation and deliver presentations and knowledge-transfer sessions.

- Support testing, deployment, release management, and post-production activities.

Required Skills :

- 5-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM/EPBCS or related Planning and Budgeting technologies.

- Hands-on experience delivering at least one complete Planning and Budgeting project lifecycle.

- Strong expertise in EPBCS Workforce, Capex, and Financials modules.

- Proficiency in Business Rules and Calculation Scripts.

- Strong experience with Forms, Task Lists, Security, and Planning artifacts.

- Experience with ASO cubes and MDX member formulas.

- Strong understanding of data movement between applications and data validation.

- Hands-on experience with Groovy.

- Experience with application tuning and performance optimization.

- Strong documentation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
