Role : Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Lead

Location : Remote

Shift : UK & US Overlap

Work Hours : 40 Hours/Week

- 3 Month Contract (Extendable)

Job Description :

- Minimum 7+ years in Oracle EBS, with strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in Java, JSP, and PL/SQL for Oracle customizations.

- iStore & OAF : Mandatory experience in Oracle iStore development and OAF-based customizations.

- Integration Capability : Strong experience in REST & SOAP integrations with external systems (e.g., Workday, CRM, billing platforms).

- Solid understanding of Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and end-to-end O2C lifecycle.

- Minimum 5+ years as Business Systems Analyst - requirement gathering, as-is/to-be documentation, and gap analysis.

- Experience working with Oracle AIM methodology and structured project delivery.

- Ability to create technical design documents, process flows, and solution architecture.

- Experience in subscription billing, licensing, and revenue recognition (ASC 606) is preferred.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC, Agile/Scrum exposure, and handling production

support.

- Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, mentor team members, and drive solutions.
