Role Overview :

As an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant based in Hyderabad, you will serve as a critical bridge between complex business requirements and technical system architecture. You will engage directly with stakeholders to analyze functional gaps, design scalable solutions, and oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle within the Oracle E-Business Suite environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop custom extensions and modifications within Oracle EBS to address specific business process requirements and improve operational efficiency.

- Design and maintain complex API interfaces to facilitate seamless data integration between Oracle EBS and third-party enterprise applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues within Oracle Forms and Reports to minimize system downtime and maintain high performance for end-users.

- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring that all customizations adhere to industry best practices and internal standards.

- Conduct rigorous performance tuning and code optimization to enhance the responsiveness and stability of the Oracle environment for global business units.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in Oracle EBS architecture, with a proven ability to manage complex technical configurations and functional workflows.

- Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL development, including the creation of stored procedures, packages, and triggers to support custom business logic.

- Extensive experience in developing and maintaining Oracle Forms and Reports, ensuring high-quality user interfaces and reporting outputs.

- Proven capability in building and managing API interfaces, enabling robust data exchange across heterogeneous system landscapes.

- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

- A minimum of 8 - 12 years of professional experience in Oracle EBS implementations and support, with a track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or on-site environment in Hyderabad, maintaining high levels of productivity and professional accountability.
