Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultants with strong analytical and communication skills to work closely with global business and IT teams. The role involves providing end-to-end support and enhancements for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) across key functional modules.

This position is critical in ensuring Oracle EBS systems are optimized, stable, and aligned with evolving business requirements, thereby driving operational efficiency and business success.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and support RICEW / CEMLI components, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows.

- Develop and customize solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Forms, OAF, and Oracle Workflow.

- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS R12 modules such as Financials, SCM, Projects, or HRMS.

- Analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional solutions.

- Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues to ensure system stability and reliability.

- Ensure development adheres to Oracle standards, best practices, and CEMLI governance.

- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, developers, and global IT teams.

- Support production issues, enhancements, patches, and system upgrades.

- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, technical design documents, and solution documentation.

- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9- 12 years of overall experience with 8+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 techno-functional experience.

- Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL development.

- Extensive experience in RICEW / CEMLI design and development.

- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, Oracle Forms, OAF, and Oracle Workflow.

- Strong functional knowledge of one or more Oracle EBS modules :

1. Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)

2. SCM (PO, Inventory, BOM, WIP)

3. Projects

4. HRMS

- Solid understanding of module integrations and interdependencies within Oracle EBS.
