Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Analyst to support a Microsoft Fabric-based data platform to bridge the gap between Oracle EBS functional knowledge and downstream BI/ETL delivery, working closely with the onshore/offshore Fabric data engineering and Power BI development team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the subject matter expert on Oracle EBS table structures, data relationships, and business processes across Financials and Projects modules.

- Partner with Fabric data engineers and PBI developers to validate source-to-target mappings, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and explain EBS business logic behind transactional and reference data.

- Assist Power BI developers in interpreting EBS-sourced datasets to ensure reports and dashboards reflect correct business context.

- Investigate and resolve data quality issues, mapping gaps, and reconciliation discrepancies between EBS and Fabric.

- Document EBS table structures, data lineage, and business rules to build institutional knowledge.

- Collaborate with client finance, procurement, and IT stakeholders to clarify functional requirements and validate reporting outputs.

Financial Core:

- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Secondary Ledgers, Project Accounting, Time Sheets, Colleague Expenses, People Performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (Financials and/or Projects modules), including strong knowledge of underlying table structures and data flows.

- Proven experience translating EBS functional/business processes into technical data requirements for BI/analytics teams.

- Exposure to ETL/data pipeline and Power BI concepts; prior exposure to Microsoft Fabric is a strong plus.

- Experience with SQL for data investigation and validation.

- Strong communication skills to work across functional and technical teams, including direct client interaction.
