Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Supply Chain Management, covering Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Advanced Pricing. The candidate will support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, configuration, integrations, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support Oracle EBS R12 Inventory (INV), including organizations, subinventories, item categories, and lot/serial controls.

- Configure Purchasing (PO) processes, including document types, approval hierarchies, receiving, and invoice matching.

- Configure Order Management (OM), including order types, pricing, shipping execution, and fulfillment processes.

- Work on Advanced Pricing configuration and troubleshoot pricing-related issues.

- Support integration scenarios involving items, inventory, orders, and work orders.

- Analyze complex functional issues and provide L3 production support and resolution.

- Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation including BR100/BR110 and configuration documents.

- Collaborate with technical, business, and integration teams to deliver SCM solutions.

- Support continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle EBS SCM processes.

Must-Have Skills:

- 12 - 15 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM.

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12.

- Expertise in Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), and Advanced Pricing.

- Strong understanding of P2P and O2C business processes.

- Experience in Oracle EBS SCM configuration and L3 production support.

- Experience with SIT, UAT, implementation, and hypercare.

- Strong stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills.

Good-to-Have:

- Experience with Oracle EBS SCM integrations.

- Knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes.

- Experience working with technical teams on Oracle EBS development and interfaces.

- Strong documentation and communication skills.
