Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS SCM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary functional bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions within the Oracle E-Business Suite ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including supply chain managers, IT leadership, and end-users, to streamline procurement, manufacturing, and planning processes. By architecting and optimizing Oracle SCM modules, you will directly influence operational efficiency, reduce supply chain bottlenecks, and drive measurable improvements in business performance for our global client base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure end-to-end Oracle SCM solutions to align with evolving business workflows and organizational objectives.

- Lead the functional implementation and support of Oracle PO and WIP modules to ensure seamless integration between procurement and manufacturing operations.

- Leverage Oracle Demantra and Oracle ASCP to enhance demand forecasting accuracy and supply chain planning capabilities for internal stakeholders.

- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and translate complex business needs into functional specifications to ensure high-quality system enhancements.

- Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide expert-level training to end-users to maximize system adoption and operational productivity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules, specifically Oracle PO, WIP, Demantra, and ASCP, with a proven track record of managing complex implementations.

- Exhibit strong analytical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system issues and provide sustainable solutions that minimize downtime.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a professional approach to project delivery.

- Adapt seamlessly to a hybrid work environment in Hyderabad, maintaining high levels of collaboration and productivity within distributed project teams.

- Maintain a minimum of 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in managing Oracle EBS environments, demonstrating a deep understanding of supply chain best practices.
