Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Finance Consultant with strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA). The candidate will be responsible for functional configuration, L3 production support, issue resolution, testing, and implementation support across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Oracle EBS R12 General Ledger (GL), including journal sources, journal categories, and approval workflows.

- Configure and support Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, 3-way matching, payment processing, and P2P activities.

- Configure and support Accounts Receivable (AR), including transaction types, AutoInvoice, receipts, and O2C processes.

- Support Fixed Assets (FA) configuration and related finance processes.

- Work on Costing and Pricing configurations and resolve related issues.

- Provide L3 production support, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve complex functional issues.

- Support integration between Finance modules and other Oracle EBS modules.

- Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.

- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and other functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration documents, and test scenarios.

- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle EBS Finance processes.

Must-Have Skills :

- 12 - 15 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.

- Expertise in GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.

- Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C business processes.

- Experience in Oracle EBS Finance configuration and L3 production support.

- Strong experience in SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
