Key Responsibilities :

- Lead business requirements workshops and translate business needs into effective Oracle EBS Quality solution designs.

- Configure and support Oracle EBS Quality, including Collection Plans, Quality Results, action and notification rules, approvals, and exception handling.

- Configure collection plan elements, prompts, defaults, validation rules, and data capture requirements.

- Support manual, transactional, and imported Quality Results capture processes.

- Configure defect codes, reason codes, dispositions, holds, and quarantine processes.

- Configure and support Sampling Plans and Skip Lot Inspection processes.

- Design and support end-to-end quality processes covering Receiving Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection, and Supplier Quality.

- Integrate Oracle EBS Quality with related modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Receiving, WIP, BOM, Order Management, and Engineering.

- Prepare functional documentation including process flows, configuration workbooks, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test scripts, and training materials.

- Lead and execute SIT and UAT activities, including test planning, script execution, defect triage, and resolution coordination.

- Support data readiness and conversion activities, including collection plan configuration, reference data, master data, and migration of legacy quality results.

- Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, reports, extensions, and integrations.

- Provide functional inputs for Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF, PL/SQL, and XML Publisher developments.

- Provide post-go-live production support, including incident management, root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and application stabilization.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement continuous improvement enhancements.

- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation and support lifecycle.

Key Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Quality.

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Quality configuration and implementation.

- Experience with Collection Plans, Collection Elements, Prompts, Defaults, and Validation Rules.

- Experience with Quality Results, Action/Notification Rules, Approvals, and Exception Handling.

- Strong knowledge of Defect Codes, Reason Codes, Dispositions, Holds, and Quarantine Processes.

- Experience with Sampling Plans and Skip Lot Inspection.

- Strong understanding of Receiving, In-Process, Final, and Supplier Quality processes.

- Experience integrating Quality with Inventory, Purchasing, Receiving, WIP, BOM, OM, and Engineering modules.

- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support.

- Strong experience with SIT/UAT, test planning, defect management, and deployment activities.

- Experience preparing FDDs, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.

- Understanding of data migration, master data, reference data, and legacy quality results conversion.

- Ability to work effectively with technical teams on Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, interfaces, and integrations.

- Strong production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.

- Good understanding of Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain business processes.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
