Oracle EBS Payroll Functional Consultant - E2E Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Payroll Functional Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, including Payroll, Self Service, and Benefits, along with hands-on experience in Fast Formula and system implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead payroll projects and ensure timely delivery

- Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS Payroll

- Collaborate with technical teams for solution design

- Perform system testing and support UAT

- Resolve payroll-related issues efficiently

- Document business processes and configurations

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Payroll

- Hands-on experience in US Payroll (Mandatory)

- Expertise in Fast Formula

- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x

- Strong knowledge of HRMS modules Core HR, Payroll, Benefits

- Experience with OAF, APIs, and AOL components

- Exposure to implementation and support projects
