Oracle EBS P2P Solution Architect

Job Summary :

The successful applicant will serve as the O2C Solution Architect and will lead technical/Functional design , Solution delivery, supporting systemic activities and facilitating discussions for design solutions that can be applied across the LKQ regions in Europe. The focus will be on O2C modules like Order Management, Inventory, Oracle shipping ,Account Receivables etc. Oracle ERP Modules with EBS 12.1.4 platform. This role will take responsibility for managing and shaping O2C Design, meeting the demands of IT transformation, and finding solutions for the Pan-EU third party application integration roadmap, all while applying best practices and guidelines.

Essential Job Duties :

- Be a Team-player and to have the ability to work independently.

- Acting as the single point of contact within Europe for all technical integrations with internal
and external partners

- Managing O2C technical/Functional design by adopting existing tools and methodologies

- Driving the O2C Deliverables with required discussions across needed stakeholders.

- Supporting the O2C Solution landscape.

- Establishing alignment with the IT solution owners and Business Process Owners on the design
of reusable and scalable solutions

- Supporting the end-to-end Solution process according to the agreed roadmap, including providing consultancy during functional specification creation, development support, integration testing and implementation

- Traveling to attend appropriate business meetings on an occasional basis

- Embedding and embracing LKQ Europe's cultures and values as we move towards one company with shared visions and goals.

Experience :

Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities :

- Holds a bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent qualification in IT.

- Minimum of 12 + Years experience managing service-oriented IT architecture and enterprise integration patterns

- Sound working knowledge on O2C Modules (Order Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory , Receivables).

- Proven analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

- Capable of handling scheduling, priorities and technical issues and working under pressure

- Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating in a multicultural environment

- Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders such as business, technical, or senior management.

- Ability to understand and articulate business requirements in order to translate this

- Ability to work in a geographically dispersed team environment.

- Flexible to work in UK shift.
