Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 - Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping modules.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, IT developers, and process owners to analyze business requirements, configure Oracle solutions, troubleshoot functional issues, and drive improvements across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Oracle EBS R12 Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping modules.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.

- Lead functional activities across the complete project lifecycle, including requirements, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.

- Troubleshoot complex functional issues related to Order Management, Pricing, and Shipping.

- Prepare detailed MD050 Functional Design Documents for customizations, reports, and enhancements.

- Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.

- Analyze data and troubleshoot system issues using SQL queries.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve order processing, pricing accuracy, and fulfillment operations.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle EBS processes.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 12 years of experience in Oracle EBS Functional Consulting/Analysis.

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Order Management (OM).

- Good expertise in Advanced Pricing and Shipping modules.

- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS data models, integrations, and Order-to-Cash processes.

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

- Experience in preparing MD050 and functional documentation.

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, UAT, and production support.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively with business users, functional teams, and technical developers.

Preferred Profile :

- Candidates with experience in large-scale/global Oracle EBS implementations or support environments.
