Role : Oracle EBS Demantra Technical Consultant

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Demantra Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Demantra architecture, integrations, and technical customizations.

Key Skills :

- 10 to 20 years of Oracle EBS technical experience with strong expertise in Oracle Demantra.

- Minimum 5 end-to-end Oracle Demantra implementation projects in the recent past.

- Hands-on experience with Demantra architecture, workflows, data loading, integrations, and customizations.

- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Database, ETL/Informatica, shell scripting, APIs, and Oracle integration technologies.

- Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and migration activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure end-to-end Demantra solutions to align with complex global supply chain models, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle EBS and ASCP modules.

- Lead the design and development of custom workflows and business logic using PL/SQL to automate planning cycles and improve data integrity across the supply chain ecosystem.

- Partner with business leadership to translate high-level supply chain objectives into technical specifications, facilitating informed decision-making and process optimization.

- Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of critical performance bottlenecks within the Demantra environment to ensure high availability and system reliability for end-users.

- Mentor junior consultants and technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing regarding best practices in demand planning and supply chain management.
