Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) / CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EAM/CMMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in maintenance and asset management processes, supporting enterprise maintenance operations, asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, and work management activities across manufacturing or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support and manage Oracle EAM/CMMS applications and business processes related to maintenance and asset management.

- Work closely with business, plant operations, maintenance teams, and IT stakeholders to understand operational requirements and system enhancements.

- Configure and support asset master data, equipment hierarchies, preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and maintenance planning activities.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and process-related issues within Oracle EAM/CMMS.

- Support end-to-end maintenance operations including:

1. Asset Management

2. Preventive Maintenance (PM)

3. Corrective Maintenance

4. Work Order Management

5. Equipment Tracking

6. Maintenance Scheduling

7. Spare Parts Management

- Participate in cutover planning, deployment activities, production validation, and post-go-live stabilization support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system improvements and process optimization initiatives.

- Support data migration, master data management, and system integration activities.

- Prepare business process documentation, user guides, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.

- Assist in testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

- Provide production support and incident resolution for business-critical maintenance operations.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EAM / Oracle CMMS implementations, support, or enhancement projects.

- Strong understanding of:

- Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Energy, Automotive, or Process Industry environments.

- Exposure to maintenance transformation and asset optimization initiatives.

- Experience with enterprise integrations involving:

1. ERP Systems

2. Procurement Systems

3. Inventory Management

4. IoT/Plant Systems

- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite EAM.

- Familiarity with reporting tools, SQL, and data analysis.

- Exposure to mobility solutions and predictive maintenance initiatives is an added advantage.
