Role Overview:

As an Oracle Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical database applications that power our manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient technical solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our Oracle-based systems, directly impacting our ability to manage production workflows and business intelligence effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, and triggers to support core business applications and data integrity.

- Design and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports to provide actionable insights and user-friendly interfaces for internal departments.

- Collaborate with functional teams to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement tuning strategies within the Oracle database environment.

- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, from gathering technical specifications to deployment and post-implementation support.

- Ensure high availability and security of database objects by adhering to best practices in coding standards and documentation.

- Integrate Oracle-based modules with existing enterprise systems to streamline data flow across the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Proven expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, with a strong ability to write complex queries and manage database objects effectively.

- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining Oracle Forms and Reports for enterprise-level applications.

- Demonstrated ability to perform database tuning and optimization to improve system responsiveness.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into robust technical architectures.

- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- A minimum of 6 to 9 years of professional experience in Oracle development environments.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bangalore, demonstrating adaptability to shifting project priorities.
