Description :

- Design, develop, and implement batch and real-time data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g.

- Develop and customize ODI Knowledge Modules (KMs) as per project requirements.

- Design and develop ODI Interfaces, Packages, Load Plans, User Functions, Variables, and Sequences.

- Develop comprehensive ETL processes, including ETL control tables, error logging, auditing, and data quality checks.

- Implement reusability, parameterization, and workflow design principles.

- Design and develop data mappings to transform and load data from various source systems to target systems.

- Manage and maintain ODI Master and Work repositories.

- Perform ODI object migration and deployment.

- Ensure the performance and stability of ODI environments.

- Optimize ODI mappings and processes for performance and efficiency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks.

- Design and develop ETL unit test cases.

- Debug and troubleshoot ODI mappings and processes.

- Conduct thorough testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Integrate ODI with diverse data sources and target systems, including databases, flat files, and web services.

- Develop data integration strategies for complex data landscapes.

- Apply data modeling principles to design efficient data integration solutions.

- Develop ETL design documents and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address issues.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing batch and real-time integrations using ODI 11g.

- Strong knowledge of ODI architecture, components, and functionalities.

- Ability to customize ODI Knowledge Modules (KMs).

- Strong experience in developing ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing ETL control tables, error logging, auditing, and data quality checks.

- Experience with parameterization, and reusable ODI design.

- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL for database interactions and data manipulation.

- In-depth knowledge of the Oracle ODI toolset, including ODI Studio, ODI Console, and ODI Agents.

- Understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.

- Strong relational database knowledge.

- Ability to design and develop ETL unit test cases.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional) :

- Experience with ODI 12c.

- Experience with Oracle GoldenGate.

- Experience with cloud-based data integration solutions.

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

- Experience with other ETL tools.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
