Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Sales Cloud Consultant with 5+ years of expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle CX Sales Cloud solutions. The role involves end-to-end consulting including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Oracle CX Sales Cloud modules (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Territory Management).

- Gather business requirements and deliver functional solutions.

- Build reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI.

- Support integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs.

- Conduct testing, user training, and post-production support.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams for successful delivery.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of Oracle CX/CRM experience.

- Hands-on expertise in Oracle CX Sales Cloud implementation & support.

- Strong understanding of CRM and Sales processes.

- Experience in OTBI reporting & dashboards.

- Knowledge of OIC and integrations.

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :

- Oracle CX Sales Cloud Certification.

- Exposure to Oracle CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Oracle CX products.
