Job Summary:

ApexIT is looking for an Oracle CX Report Developer with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining reports within Oracle Fusion CX applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools and a good understanding of Oracle CX business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards within Oracle Fusion CX applications.

- Build and customize reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

- Analyze business reporting requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues while ensuring data accuracy and performance.

- Validate report outputs and maintain reporting standards and documentation.

- Support report enhancements, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

- Ensure compliance with Oracle Fusion reporting best practices and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 38+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion reporting, preferably within Oracle CX.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion CX.

- Strong expertise in:

1. BI Publisher (BIP)

2. Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)

3. SQL

4. Data Analysis and Reporting

- Good understanding of Oracle CX business processes.

- Knowledge of Oracle CX modules such as:

1. Sales Cloud

2. Service Cloud

3. CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) preferred

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
