Job Description :

We are seeking experienced Oracle CX - Field Service (OFS) Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions, with a focus on optimizing field operations and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and support Oracle Field Service (OFS) solutions

- Configure routing, capacity planning, work zones, and resource management

- Work on end-to-end Oracle CX Field Service Cloud implementations

- Integrate OFS with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Oracle CX - Field Service (OFS)

- Hands-on expertise in configuration, customization, and deployment

- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)

- Good understanding of field service operations and scheduling

- Knowledge of Oracle CX suite is a plus

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
