Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior Oracle CRM & CPQ Solution Architect cum Business Analyst with strong expertise in CRM/CPQ embedded processes, product configuration, reporting, and interactive dashboards, including experience with FDI or similar analytics tools.


The candidate should have successfully delivered at least two full-cycle implementations and be able to translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective Oracle solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle CRM/CPQ, Solution Architecture, and Business Analysis.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion CRM and CPQ.

- Strong understanding of CRM and CPQ embedded business processes.

- Good understanding of Product Configuration, product models, attributes, rules, options, and pricing.

- Experience with Configure-to-Quote, Quote-to-Order, and related CRM/CPQ processes.

- Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle CRM/CPQ implementations.

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, solution design, and functional architecture.

- Understanding of reports and interactive dashboards using FDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of CRM/CPQ integrations, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise applications.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with business, functional, technical, and implementation teams.

- Oracle CRM/CPQ certification is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead solution architecture and functional design for Oracle CRM and CPQ solutions.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.

- Conduct process workshops, Fit-Gap Analysis, and future-state process design.

- Design end-to-end CRM and CPQ embedded processes.

- Define and optimize product configuration, pricing, quoting, and approval processes.

- Ensure effective integration between CRM, CPQ, and other enterprise applications.

- Develop and review functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution designs.

- Support reports, analytics, and interactive dashboards using FDI or other reporting tools.

- Work with technical teams on integrations, APIs, data migration, and extensions.

- Lead/support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and go-live activities.

- Provide functional guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and support post-go-live stabilization.

- Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices, scalability, and business requirements.
