Role Overview :

As an Oracle CPQ Specialist, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing CPQ solutions that streamline our sales processes and enhance customer experience.

You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective CPQ configurations.

Your work will directly impact our ability to provide accurate quotes, reduce sales cycle times, and ultimately drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure Oracle CPQ solutions to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy.

- Develop and maintain CPQ rules, workflows, and pricing models to optimize quoting accuracy and efficiency for the sales team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of CPQ configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability for end-users.

- Provide ongoing support and training to sales teams on the effective use of Oracle CPQ, maximizing their productivity and sales effectiveness.

- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to sales operations and maintaining data integrity.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle CPQ features and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience working with Oracle CPQ platform
