About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ Developer to design, develop, and support Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions that streamline the sales lifecycle and improve business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle CPQ development, configuration, integrations, and customization, along with experience working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable CPQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle CPQ solutions based on business requirements.

- Configure Product Catalogs, Attributes, Configuration Rules, Pricing Rules, Commerce Processes, and Approval Workflows.

- Develop and customize BML (BigMachines Language) scripts, custom actions, and reusable components.

- Build and maintain responsive quote templates, document generation, and proposal automation.

- Design and implement integrations between Oracle CPQ and enterprise applications such as Oracle ERP, Oracle CX, Salesforce, SAP, CRM, and other third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Develop custom APIs, web services, and data integrations to support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

- Optimize CPQ performance, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve application defects.

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Ensure adherence to Oracle CPQ development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.

- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8-12 years of overall IT experience.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines).

- Strong expertise in Oracle CPQ configuration, customization, and administration.

- Hands-on experience with BML (BigMachines Language) scripting.

- Experience configuring Product Configuration, Pricing, Commerce, Approval Workflows, Document Engine, and Quote Management.

- Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.

- Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Oracle ERP, Oracle CX, Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, JSON, and XML.

- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Experience with Oracle CPQ deployment, migration, and environment management.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
