Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud WMS Consultant to join our dynamic supply chain practice in Hyderabad. In this role, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions, ensuring our clients achieve seamless warehouse operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, warehouse managers, and global stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy Oracle Cloud WMS solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Your work will directly influence the scalability and accuracy of our clients' logistics networks, ensuring that their inventory management and fulfillment processes remain agile in an increasingly demanding market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure Oracle Cloud WMS modules to align with specific client business processes, ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption.

- Lead end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and post-go-live support, to deliver high-impact supply chain transformations.

- Troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide root-cause analysis to minimize downtime and maintain the integrity of warehouse operations.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom extensions or integrations, ensuring the WMS ecosystem communicates effectively with ERP and transportation management systems.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness and maximize the return on technology investments.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing Oracle Cloud WMS, with a deep understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory control, and labor management.

- Proven ability to translate intricate supply chain business needs into functional specifications, backed by 3 - 7 years of hands-on experience in the domain.

- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex logistical challenges in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment based in Hyderabad.

- A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to learning new Oracle Cloud updates and features.
