Hiring : Cloud SCM Functional Lead - Procurement/Maintenance

Key Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years overall experience in Supply Chain Management

- Minimum 10+ years in SCM with expertise in Procurement or Maintenance (mandatory) plus any combination of :

1. Inventory

2. Manufacturing

3. Order to Cash (Sell)

4. Costing

- At least 2 full life cycle Cloud SCM implementations

- Prior EBS Supply Chain implementation experience preferred

- Strong communication skills (oral & written)

- Flexibility to cover partial US time zone

- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end functional design and configuration of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, specifically focusing on Procurement, iProcurement, and Maintenance to ensure seamless alignment with client business objectives.

- Conduct comprehensive discovery workshops with senior stakeholders to translate complex supply chain challenges into actionable functional specifications and technical requirements.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud implementations, from initial requirement gathering and gap analysis to system configuration, testing, and post-go-live hyper-care support.

- Mentor junior consultants and project teams by sharing best practices in Oracle Fusion SCM, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- Partner with internal delivery teams to manage data migration, integration strategies, and custom extensions, ensuring the integrity and performance of the overall supply chain ecosystem.
