Oracle Cloud PPM (Project Portfolio Management)!

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM professional to join our team and drive successful project portfolio management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to manage projects effectively and deliver results that align with business objectives.

Location : Bangalore Urban, India.

Work Mode : Work from anywhere.

Role : Oracle Cloud PPM (Project Portfolio Management).

What You'll Do :

- Manage end-to-end project portfolio management processes using Oracle Cloud solutions.

- Analyze project performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and project delivery.

- Implement best practices for project governance and risk management.

- Provide training and support to users on Oracle Cloud PPM functionalities.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework.

What We're Looking For :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Cloud PPM modules including Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants, and Project Contracts.

- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design scalable PPM solutions aligned with client business processes.

- Configure Oracle Cloud PPM applications, perform functional testing (SIT/UAT), and support deployments and post-go-live activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Procurement, and HCM to ensure seamless integrations and process alignment.

- Prepare functional design documents, solution documents, user training materials, and provide knowledge transfer to business users.

- Support issue resolution, enhancements, reporting requirements (OTBI/BIP), and continuous process improvements for project accounting and financial operations.
