Job Title : Oracle Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary :

Seeking a consultant with both payroll expertise and technical skills to implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions. The role bridges business requirements with system functionality to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Oracle Cloud Payroll, including elements, formulas, and payroll flows

- Manage payroll runs, reconciliations, and reporting

- Develop Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports

- Support integrations with HR, finance, and third-party systems

- Troubleshoot payroll and system issues

- Assist with testing, data migration, and documentation

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to users

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance

- Experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll (implementation or support)

- Technical skills : Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL

- Ability to analyze data and solve system issues

Preferred :

- Knowledge of US or global payroll Also USOPTE

- Experience with payroll tax engines (e.g., Vertex)

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification
