Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- HCM Extracts : Design, develop & implement for reporting, migration & integrations

- Oracle Integration Cloud : Build/manage integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, Fusion Middleware

- Technical Customizations : BI Publisher, OTBI, Page Composer, Fast Formulas

- Deployment Support : Code reviews, unit testing & performance optimization

- Functional Collaboration : Translate business needs into technical solutions

- Troubleshooting : Resolve integration issues across HCM modules

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong handson experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Development

- Proven expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, Realtime & Batch Integrations

- Working knowledge of OIC, VBCS, Redwood UX, FAW, FA CPM

- Handson with PL/SQL, Groovy Scripting, Oracle Cloud Security Setup

- Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Certification preferred
