Join Kastech Software Solutions as an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant specializing in HCM Extracts and integrations. You'll play a key role in developing robust technical solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, ensuring seamless data flow and system integrations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement HCM Extracts for data migration, reporting, and third-party integrations.

- Build and configure integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Fusion Middleware.

- Customize HCM technical components including Page Composers, BI Publisher reports, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, performance tuning, and support production deployments.

- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and troubleshoot integration issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Technical development.

- Strong expertise in HCM Extracts (HDL, HSDL) and real-time/batch integrations.

- Proficiency in OIC, VBCS, Redwood UX customizations, and Oracle Cloud tools (e.g., FAW, FA CPM).

- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Groovy scripting, and Oracle Cloud security setups.

- Oracle Cloud HCM Technical certification (e.g., Developer or Implementation Specialist) preferred.
