Experience : 6+ years

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with strong skills in Integration/ Data Migration/Fast Formulas. You will work with business and IT teams to deliver solutions, support enhancements, and ensure smooth system operations.

Key Skills :

- 6+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud (minimum 2 implementations).

- Strong in BI/OTBI reporting, SQL, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas.

- Knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits modules.

- Good to have: REST/SOAP, OIC, VBCS, APEX, Oracle Security, Workflows.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities :

- Handle data migration using HDL/HSDL.

- Build and customize reports and integrations (BI, OTBI, HCM Extracts).

- Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas.

- Support testing, training, and post-production activities.

- Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS/PaaS.

- Familiarity with Design Studio, Personalization, and deployment processes.
