Experience : 6+ years

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with strong skills in data conversion, integrations, and reporting. You will work with business and IT teams to deliver solutions, support enhancements, and ensure smooth system operations.

Key Skills :

- 6+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud (minimum 2 implementations).

- Strong in BI/OTBI reporting, SQL, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas.

- Knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits modules.

- Good to have : REST/SOAP, OIC, VBCS, APEX, Oracle Security, Workflows.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities :

- Handle data migration using HDL/HSDL.

- Build and customize reports and integrations (BI, OTBI, HCM Extracts).

- Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas.

- Support testing, training, and post-production activities.

- Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS/PaaS.

- Familiarity with Design Studio, Personalization, and deployment processes.
