Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead OTL with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Time and Labor (OTL) configuration and implementation. The candidate will lead OTL functional activities, optimize time management processes, and work closely with business and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud OTL implementation and configuration activities.

- Gather business requirements and design effective OTL solutions.

- Configure Time Entry, Time Calculation Rules, Time Cards, and Approval workflows.

- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex time and labor requirements.

- Work on OTL integrations, HDL, and FSM activities.

- Support integration between OTL and Payroll, Absence, and Time Management processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues related to OTL.

- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for process optimization.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other HCM functional teams.

- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting.

- Minimum 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud OTL implementations.

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud OTL configuration and implementation.

- Strong knowledge of Time Entry, Time Calculation Rules, Time Card Processing, and Approvals.

- Experience with OTL integrations, Fast Formulas, HDL, and FSM.

- Good understanding of Payroll integration, Absence, and Time Management processes.

- Strong troubleshooting and functional problem-solving skills.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
