Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead US Payroll with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll configuration and implementation. The candidate will lead functional activities, ensure payroll compliance and accuracy, and work closely with business and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll implementation and configuration activities.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.

- Configure and manage Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, Cost Allocation, HDL, and FSM.

- Handle Payroll Tax Processing across month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles.

- Conduct parallel run reconciliations and ensure payroll accuracy.

- Work on US payroll legislation and processes including 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), and Mid-Year Balance Initialization.

- Support taxation, union payroll, and retirement plan requirements.

- Troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other HCM functional teams.

- Drive process optimization while ensuring compliance and accurate payroll processing.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting.

- Minimum 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll implementations.

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll configuration and implementation.

- Expertise in Fast Formulas, Payroll Flow Design, Cost Allocation, HDL, and FSM.

- Strong understanding of US Payroll legislation, taxation, union payroll, and retirement plans.

- Experience with payroll tax processing and parallel run reconciliation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
