About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead specializing in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to drive end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations for a leading MNC in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver HCM Cloud implementation projects across the hire-to-retire cycle.

- Provide expert functional support in Core HR & ORC modules.

- Conduct requirement workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

- Mentor team members, allocate work, and provide status updates to project managers.

- Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues.

- Be open to domestic and international travel for short or long durations.

Candidate Profile :

- 7+ years of domain expertise in HCM with at least 42 end-to-end implementations (minimum 2 on HCM Cloud).

- Strong working knowledge of Core HR & ORC modules.

- In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.

- Proven leadership with planning, mentoring, and follow-up capabilities.
