Role : Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant - Benefits

Location : Hyderabad

Work mode : 5 days - Work from Office- (Mandatory)

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Benefits, and Talent. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, enhance existing configurations, and design optimized business workflows using Oracle BPM. This role requires strong functional depth, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Proposed :

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, OTL, and Talent modules.

- Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and BPM-driven workflows.

- Design, build, and maintain approval rules, approval groups, and BPM workflows across HCM modules.

- Conduct CRP, UAT, and training workshops for business users, HR teams, and global stakeholders.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom reports, BI Publisher extracts, Fast Formulas, and integrations.

- Perform end-to-end system testing, regression testing, and data validation activities.

- Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide resolution within SLAs.

- Maintain high-quality documentation including functional specifications, configuration workbooks, process flows, and user guides.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR best practices across India, US, and global HR operations.

- Support quarterly patch impact analysis and implement necessary configuration updates.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.

Existing :

- Implement and support Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and BPM workflows.

- Design, configure, and maintain BPM workflows to streamline HR processes and approvals.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions and reports.

- Perform system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.

- Maintain documentation including functional specs, process flows, and user guides.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

- Strong expertise in Oracle BPM workflow configuration and approval rule setup.

- Solid understanding of global HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance.

- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

Proposed :

- Oracle Cloud HCM certification (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL preferred).

- Strong functional experience in HCM approvals and workflow administration.

- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and sprint-based delivery models.

- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.

Existing :

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.

- Deep understanding and hands on experience in Oracle HCM approval configurations.

- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
