Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team at Kastech Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will drive HCM implementations, configurations, and optimizations for clients across various industries. This role offers opportunities to work on cutting-edge Oracle Cloud projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll,

Compensation.

- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and deliver end-to-end HCM solutions.

- Lead workshops, prepare functional design documents (FDD), and support UAT and go-live activities.

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize HCM processes for

performance.

- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure seamless integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., ERP, SCM).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Functional consulting.

- Expertise in at least 3 - 4 HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation preferred).

- Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.

- Oracle Cloud HCM certification (e.g., Implementation Specialist) is Plus.
