Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Benefits to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across the hire-to-retire cycle and demonstrate strong client-facing skills in end-to-end HCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end HCM implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.

- Provide expert functional knowledge in Core HR and Benefits modules.

- Ensure seamless integration and data flow across HCM Cloud business processes.

- Act as a trusted advisor in client workshops, delivering solutions aligned with business needs.

- Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues/problems.

- Collaborate with clients frequently to ensure successful delivery of work efforts and project milestones.

- Mentor team members, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and provide status updates to the Project Manager.

- Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client engagement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of domain expertise in HCM covering the hire-to-retire cycle.

- Participation in at least 3 full-cycle HCM implementations, with minimum 2 in HCM Cloud.

- Strong expertise in Benefits and Core HR modules.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with strong influencing and negotiation abilities.

- Proven leadership capability with planning, follow-up, and team management skills.

- Strong problem-solving mindset, organizational awareness, and client management experience.
