Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Analyst - Compensation Module

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Compensation (Workforce Compensation mandatory) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise across the hire-to-retire cycle, proven success in end-to-end HCM implementations, and excellent client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver HCM Cloud Compensation implementations integrated with Core HR.

- Conduct requirement workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

- Resolve complex functional issues and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

- Mentor junior consultants, manage work allocation, and provide project status updates.

- Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client engagement excellence.

- Collaborate with clients frequently around specific deliverables.

- Be open to domestic and international travel for short or long durations.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 8-10 years of domain expertise in HCM, covering the full hire-to-retire cycle.

- Minimum 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with at least 2 on HCM Cloud.

- Strong expertise in Compensation module (Workforce Compensation mandatory) and Core HR.

- In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud processes and data flows.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

- Proven leadership capability with planning, monitoring, and mentoring experience.

- Ability to interact frequently with clients and manage complex deliverables.
