Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Functional Consultant

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Functional Consultant to join a leading global organization. In this role, you will lead Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations, collaborate with global clients, and deliver end-to-end HCM solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation implementations integrated with Core HR.

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and drive solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

- Provide functional expertise, troubleshoot complex issues, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes.

- Mentor junior consultants, manage work allocation, and provide regular project status updates.

- Drive continuous process improvements, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence.

- Be willing to travel domestically and internationally based on project requirements.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with expertise across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.

- Minimum 5 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, including at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation and Core HR.

- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes, configurations, and data flows.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven experience leading teams, mentoring consultants, and managing project deliverables.

- Ability to work effectively with global clients in a fast-paced consulting environment.
