Role : Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant (OTL/Time & Labour)

Role Overview :

Join a global leader as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Time & Labour (OTL). This role offers the chance to drive impactful HCM Cloud projects, lead client engagements, and deliver innovative workforce solutions across the hire- to- retire cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead OTL / Time & Labour implementations integrated with Core HR.

- Facilitate requirement workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go- live activities.

- Provide functional issue resolution and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

- Mentor junior consultants, manage work allocation, and provide project status updates.

- Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client engagement excellence.

- Collaborate frequently with clients on specific deliverables.

- Be open to domestic and international travel for short or long durations.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 8 - 10 years of domain expertise in HCM, covering the full hire- to- retire cycle.

- Minimum 5 end- to- end HCM implementations, with at least 2 on HCM Cloud.

- Strong expertise in Oracle Time & Labour (OTL) and Core HR.

- In- depth understanding of HCM Cloud processes and data flows.

- Excellent communication, problem- solving, and negotiation skills.

- Proven leadership capability with planning, monitoring, and mentoring experience.

- Ability to interact frequently with clients and manage complex deliverables.
